Our Story
Why We Chose to Take Action
Naharei Kush Charity Fund Inc. was established in response to the numerous and constant challenges that South Sudanese citizens have been facing. It was understood that for any change to take place, a solution was required that involved taking action influenced by the local context in terms of health, economic well-being, education, and building community resilience, rather than just providing temporary assistance.
Our organisation’s founders have first-hand knowledge of both community service and healthcare. Our objective is to support the South Sudanese citizens in creating their own solutions to secure their future well-being.

Empowering South Sudan Through Care and Community
The Naharei Kush Charity Fund Inc. is committed to providing humanitarian aid to different disadvantaged communities in South Sudan through several initiatives that will address problems they are facing. The Naharei Kush Charity Fund Inc. evaluates the importance of involving the Sudanese community in its developmental processes and programs through the identification of the needs of the community members.
The organisation hopes to contribute to the health and wellbeing of children and mothers, nutrition education, youth development, women’s empowerment, availability of clean water and food security through its community program.
